How does Natocinaz work?

How does Natocinaz work?
The enzyme group of protease enzymes also includes plasmin and thrombin, two internal enzymes that interlock in blood coagulation. Thrombin promotes the formation of blood clots (blood clots), which allows blood to clot. For this purpose, the thrombin of the precursor fibrinogen produces “glue” fibrin, which can now adhere to the wounds, but unfortunately also the blood vessels, which can lead to thrombosis, heart attacks and strokes.

On the other hand, plasmalamine is an enzyme that removes blood clots or the fibrin it contains, a process called fibrinolysis.

Nattokinase now – similar to plasmin – fibrinolytic properties. However, the purpose of this direct solubility is to explain only a small fraction of the typical nattokinase effect.

It is also believed that the natokinase has an indirect effect of thinning blood, since the metabolism produces two highly active substances (peptides), which in turn activate a substance with fibrinolytic properties. This substance is a self-produced enzyme called plasma-stimulating tissue.

Peptidine should also be responsible for the antihypertensive effect of nicotinase by inhibiting the activity of renin (an enzyme of the kidneys) and angiotensin II (hormone). Both are self-contained substances that can raise blood pressure.

However, in terms of blood fats (triglycerides and cholesterol), both nattokinase and peptides are completely inactive, ie ineffective.

Can nattokinase be taken instead of aspirin or other anticoagulants?
If you are already taking medications to thin the blood or to inhibit coagulation, temptation, of course, is great to replace this with the more natural variant, namely, nattokinase. Do not do it better! Because you still do not know if Nattokinase works the way you want and what dose is right for you.

In addition, your body can be well controlled and already used in previous keto trim treatments. If you change the configuration suddenly, there can always be conversion problems. Also read this section: Can you take nattokinase with anticoagulant medications?

Since December 2013, a study in which nattokinase prevented coagulation, an effect very similar to aspirin, with the difference that aspirin often leads to internal bleeding or intestinal ulcer, while nattokinase improves blood flow without side effects.

However, in the study, high doses of nattokinase, which is 500 mg per kilogram of body weight (in mice), were needed, while the effect of aspirin was started at 30 mg per kg of body weight.

Finally, one still does not know what dose of nattokinase in humans corresponds to the dose of aspirin, so the simple substitution is negligible.

Is it possible to take Natucinase with blood-soluble medicines?
It is not recommended to take a nattokinase joint with anticoagulant drugs, at least not if the usual dose is taken, otherwise, hyperglycemia with internal bleeding may occur (see also under side effects nattokinase?).

Among the medicines to lose weight the blood count

Antivitamin (K) / coumarins such as. Phenprocoumon (as Marcumar) or warfarin,
Ass and
Oral oral anticoagulants (eg, Rivaroxaban (Xarelto) or exxate oil dabigatran (Pradaxa).
However, the reduction of the diluted drug dose to the blood and the consumption of nattokinase can be anticipated in small doses. However, this decrease should be discussed both inside and outside with the doctor.
